Joining celebrities Petra Nemcova, Quincy Jones, Russell Simmons and U2’s “The Edge”, singer/actress Jennifer Hudson appeared at the Happy Hearts Fund’s Land of Dreams Thailand event at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City on November 20, 2010.

Ms. Hudson performed at the gala in a gorgeous maroon Lanvin dress, which was beautifully accentuated with a display of Bochic jewelery including 14k gold and rose-cut diamond angel wing earrings, a 14k gold, citrine and pave diamond ring, and a 14k gold pave diamond Bochic bangle.

On another front, Ms. Hudson will star in the upcoming feature film “Winnie”, with actor Terrace Howard.  The picture, which tracks the life of former South African First Lady Winne Mandela, will be released in 2011. It is directed by Darrell Roodt.
