Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum.

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 5-14 business days:

  • Pieces in stock: about 5 business days
  • Made-to-order pieces: about 2 weeks

Due to new international tariffs, shipping may take between 5 and 14 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Depending on the destination, tracking may be limited once the package arrives in the destination country.

Duties and Taxes

Orders within the United States

For orders within the United States, all duties and taxes are included.

International Orders

For international orders, Bochic covers taxes and duties. Some countries, for example in Europe and the Middle East, may charge local import duties or fees at the point of entry. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are outside of Bochic's control.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international forwarding addresses.

Missing or Lost Packages

Bochic is responsible for your package until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help track down the issue.

Returns and Refunds

You can return your item within 5 days from the date you receive your package, for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will issue your full refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lifetime Guarantee

All Bochic jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee. If any issue arises with your piece, we will repair or fix it, all included. To arrange a repair, please contact us at [email protected].
