A smooth cabochon natural blue sapphire of approximately 16 ct forms the heart of the Elvira, its softly domed surface glowing with a deep, velvety blue. Around it, natural multicolor sapphires and rubies of approximately 3 ct add warmth and contrast, while natural diamonds of approximately 1 ct bring touches of bright white light.
