What this site collects, what it is used for, and the choices you have. Purchases complete on Bochic's own store, which has its own notice.
What we collect
When you write to us or sign up for email: the details you give in the form (name, email address, your message) and the notice version you agreed to, so that we can reply and keep a record of your consent.
When you browse: strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — your session, your bag and security. Analytics and advertising-measurement cookies are set only if you agree to them in the cookie notice, and you can change that choice at any time on the cookie preferences page.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry, to send the emails you asked for, to understand which pages are used (if you allow analytics), and to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit (if you allow advertising measurement). We do not sell your data.
Cookies are separate from email
Accepting cookies does not sign you up for our emails, and signing up for emails does not switch on advertising cookies. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
Purchases
Checkout completes on Bochic's own store. The payment, billing and shipping details you enter there are handled under that store's own privacy notice and by its payment providers, not by this site.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected].
