The terms on which Bochic offers its pieces through this site and completes each sale on its own store.
Who we are
This site is operated by Bochic, a fine jewelry house based in New York. Orders placed through it are accepted and fulfilled by Bochic.
Products and descriptions
Every effort is made to describe each piece accurately — its stones, their origin, cut and carat weight, and its metal. Colours may differ slightly between screens. Descriptions and prices may change without notice, and a piece may be withdrawn at any time; one-of-a-kind and vintage pieces are sold once.
Orders and checkout
An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when Bochic confirms it. Checkout, payment and order confirmation take place on Bochic's own store. Bochic may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including a pricing or availability error, and will tell you if it does.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is described in Shipping & delivery; returns and refunds in Returns. Both form part of these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The designs, photographs, films and text on this site belong to Bochic or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without written consent.
