Shipping & delivery

Made-to-order pieces are produced in approximately two to four weeks before dispatch; transit time is additional. If a piece is ready to ship, its product page says so.

When your order ships you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with the carrier's tracking reference.

Shipping cost, the carriers used and the countries we ship to are confirmed at checkout, which completes on Bochic's own store. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to [email protected] before ordering and we will tell you whether we can deliver to you.

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may attract import duties and taxes on arrival. Whether these are included in your price or collected by the carrier is stated at checkout for your destination.
